But you Don't EALLY need Moving Avatars. Aren't there PLENTY of Non-Corporate Vtubers with Simple, 2-d Characters that have a few Non-Animated Emotes? It's just a face with which to put a voice... I got this advice once, from a V-tuber(no I won't name names.) K.i.s.s. keep it simple, stupid. Do the Budget Stuff at first, just a commissioned piece of art or something... And when you Save up the money to upgrade, THEN you Obsesses over rigging, lighting, programing, etc... when you can afford it. Still not easy, but cheaper... at first.
